This position will entail leak seeking, roof repairs, field inspections, and executing work from start to completion. The applicant must be competent in a variety of roofing systems.

- 1+ years previous commercial roofing experience. Must possess knowledge of most if not all commercial roofing applications (EPDM, TPO, metal, mod bit).
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE with clean driving record.
- Pass a drug test.
- Be able to work well on your own and in a team environment.
- Must have the ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds
- Be willing to work long days outside in all type of weather.
- Build/develop relationships with new and existing customers through excellent service and communication.
- Diagnose and make professional repairs on all roof types.
- Understand how every major roof type will leak or fail, and determine the life expectancy of the roof based on this knowledge
- Perform field inspections, and develop a scope of work to maximize the life expectancy of every major roof type, and provide verbal labor estimates to supervisor when necessary.
- Perform all required work, combining safety, customer satisfaction, and quality, all while maintaining the budget.
- Communication and coordination with the office staff.
- Must follow all safety rules and regulations.
